Close to the lodges is the National Trust's Sherringham Park Garden at Upper Sheringham. There are stunning vistas of the north Norfolk coast from the viewing towers and delightful waymarked walks through park and woodland. Bishops Boats Seal Trips offer the opportunity to view the seals at Blakeney Point.
Sheringham Beach has a vast expanse of sand and rock pools at low tide and the North Norfolk Railway provides a lovely route along the coast.
